Ron Verni, Chief Executive Officer

Ron Verni joined Corrigo in February 2008 as the company's chief executive officer. Ron was most recently President & CEO of Sage Software, Inc, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sage Group, plc. Under his leadership, the company grew from less than $160 million in revenue to over $1 billion, from under 1,000 employees to over 5,000, and from 1 million business customers to over 2.5 million. Prior to Sage Software, Ron was President and CEO of Peachtree Software, Inc., a leading business management solution for small to medium size businesses. Ron also was a Vice President of Marketing with Automatic Data Processing, President and CEO of NEBS Software, Inc., and the founder and CEO of ASTEC Software.

Ron is a graduate of Clarkson University.

Rick Michaux, Chairman and Senior Strategy Officer

Rick Michaux is a veteran of the web and wireless technology industry and has worked with the building service industry for almost 20 years. Prior to founding Corrigo, Rick held a series of senior marketing, sales and business development roles at Motorola where his responsibilities spanned advanced wireless, web and call center technologies. At Motorola, he met the other founders of Corrigo. Prior to Motorola, Rick had extensive domestic and international experience working in the real estate and property management industries.

Rick has an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, an MA in East Asian Economics from George Washington University, and a BA from the University of Virginia. He is a frequent speaker on services best practices at industry conferences such as BOMA, IFMA, NMHC, PRSM and Realcomm. Rick currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Software Association of Oregon.

Dr. David Rainton, Senior Vice President of Technology

David Rainton joined Corrigo as a founder in 1999 and leads the company's multinational engineering, product management and operations teams. David pioneered the advances in the user interface technologies and web solution design that made Corrigo's solutions possible. His background combines career experience in mobile field service delivery with advanced research and development responsibilities with communications industry leaders such as Motorola and Panasonic.

David has a degree in applied Physics and Electronics from Durham University, England and a PhD in Computer Speech Recognition from Cambridge University.

Lyle Newkirk, Chief Finance Officer

Lyle Newkirk is Corrigo's chief financial officer responsible for managing the company's financial and administrative operations. Prior to joining Corrigo in April, 2008, Lyle served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of CareCentric, a provider of back office and clinical software and services to the home health and long term care markets. At CareCentric, Lyle was instrumental in their transformation from a traditional up front software licensing vendor to a provider of software as a service as well as a provider of multiple mission critical business services. Before joining CareCentric, Lyle served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for T/R Systems, an international provider of software for the document management market. At T/R, Lyle led the team in a highly successful initial public offering. Prior to T/R Lyle managed the Finance area at Peachtree Software, a leading provider of accounting software for small businesses. Overall, Lyle has over thirty years of financial management experience, primarily in the technology area.

Lyle received a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Cincinnati and a masters degree in business administration from Georgia State University.

John Phillips, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Channel Operations

John is a veteran of the telecommunications industry and brings extensive management experience in sales, marketing and operations. Before joining Corrigo, John was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Charter Communucations, where he led the start up of broadband telephony products. John spent ten years with Nextel, and was instrumental in growing the company into a top-tier wireless carrier from its days as DialCall, a start-up in the Southeast. John's last position with Nextel was Area Vice President responsible for P&L and operations in Texas and Oklahoma. John's prior experience includes the start up and eventual sale of ComTech, a regional wireless company, to PageNet, and sales management with Motorola's Communication & Electronics Division.

John holds a BS in Corporate Finance from San Diego State University.

Steven Beal, Vice President of Channel Sales

A seasoned sales executive with 15 years of sales and sales management experience in the software industry, he joined Corrigo in July 2005. Previously, Steven was a Regional Sales Manager with Serena Software where he spent his last 6 years building and developing achievement driven, high-return sales teams. His background includes: launching successful vertical market and new product initiatives, developing a repeatable system for identifying, recruiting and retaining proven, high-impact performers and building teams in both Commercial and Federal markets. Prior to Serena, he spent 3 years with eSoftware Professionals, a Microsoft Business Solutions Partner, selling accounting solutions to small and mid-market customers.

Steven is an Oregon native and holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Oregon.
